As the General Manager of Bartingale Mechanical, Chad Bowe brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in multiple mechanical industry disciplines. Holding a degree in Electromechanical Technology, Chad combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills.

Born and raised in the Eau Claire area, Chad has a deep-rooted connection to the community, which aligns perfectly with Bartingale Mechanical's own local presence. This shared connection underscores his commitment to driving excellence for both the company and the local community.

With a diverse background that includes managing maintenance departments in the oil and gas sector and serving as the engineering manager for an agricultural ventilation company, Chad is well-equipped to tackle complex challenges and drive innovation in the industry.

Chad is also actively involved in the industry, serving on the board of directors for the Mechanical Contractors Association of Wisconsin (MCAW) and as a trustee for Local 434 Plumbers and Steamfitters. His dedication to excellence and industry advancement underscores his commitment to both his company and the broader Eau Claire and surrounding communities.

Since January 2021, Andy Schulz has been an integral part of the Bartingale Mechanical team, serving as our esteemed Service Manager. Andy's journey in the HVAC industry began at the young age of 12 in a sheet metal shop in a small town in Minnesota. Throughout his high school years, he honed his skills in the trade, spending his summers installing furnaces and ductwork, which laid a solid foundation for his future career.

Following high school, Andy chose to serve his country by joining the United States Army. His commendable service spanned eight years, including a dedicated 15-month deployment in Iraq as an Infantryman. This period of his life instilled in him an unwavering commitment to integrity, discipline, and respect, qualities that he brings to his role at Bartingale Mechanical every day.

In pursuit of furthering his expertise, Andy attended the HVAC Technician program at Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) in Eau Claire, WI. This educational experience provided him with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on skills that he has effectively applied in his professional journey.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Andy is a family man who cherishes quality time with his wife and three daughters. He also finds joy in golfing, riding motorcycles, and is an avid football enthusiast.

Andy’s blend of hands-on HVAC experience, military discipline, and passionate leadership, combined with a solid technical education, has made him a valuable asset to Bartingale Mechanical, ensuring excellence and dedication in every project he oversees.

A native of Duluth, MN, Ben Marshall earned his degree in mechanical engineering in 2011. That same year, he started with Jamar as an intern and quickly transitioned to a full-time Field Engineer by the year's end. During his initial seven years at Jamar, Ben worked on diverse projects—from papermill outages to air quality control systems—across locations from Idaho to Wisconsin.

In 2016, Ben relocated to Milwaukee to oversee a power plant renovation project with Jamar's sister company, Grunau. By the end of 2018, he officially transferred to Grunau, further expanding his expertise in HVAC projects.

Ben rejoined the Jamar family in 2023 as the Senior Project Manager for the Projects team at Bartingale Mechanical.

Throughout his career, Ben has excelled by building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, consistently maximizing the value of his work. He takes great pride in coaching and mentoring others, considering it one of the most fulfilling aspects of his professional journey.
